Charges in France and Germany against "Swami" Vishwananda, the false guru

Reports are that charges had been made against Vishwananda, the false guru originally from Mauritius in France and Germany. The reassuring thing is that victims of him are now more willing to testify instead of being saturated with fear. Reportedly Vishwananda's lawyers have been looking to cover up traces on the internet regarding him.
The sexual abuse from Vishwananda regarding his followers has been quite widely documented but there are also reports of financial abuse.

What is worth know is that if there are problems in your physical environment such as being in trouble with the police or being a victim of a terrorist attack, then Vishwananda is able to capitalise on this in terms of a psychic attack, and hence a psychic attack becomes possible otherwise a psychic attack is not possible.

In the clutches of a charlatan

"Court. A 29-year-old guru stole relics from churches and sold them. Two women who depended on the man helped him
Because of multiple disturbances of freedom of worship and worship and because of multiple appropriation, three defendants were sentenced yesterday to imprisonment respectively to fines.
Margareth Wagner
The youngest of the three defendants, a 29-year-old man currently lives in the US as the head of a religious-spiritual center. He worked as a Hindu priest in Mauritius. Eight years ago, he came to Europe and visited various places in Switzerland, Germany and France, always finding supporters who believed in him and financed his lavish lifestyle.
He met the second defendant, who was in court in early 2001, when she was looking for a healer for her sick friend. The main defendant succeeded in making this woman, who was 43 years old at the time, obedient. He took it that she gave him their house in the Bernese Oberland and their money available. The woman believed him that Mary had appeared to him and had ordered to build a Lady Chapel in her garden in the Bernese Oberland. And she built this chapel. The woman also believed that Jesus appeared to him and ordered him to collect Christian relics. The obedient woman helped him to buy relics all over Switzerland. Because only a few were available for purchase, the accused guru fell for the idea of stealing the relics, in Catholic churches in Germany, in France and in Switzerland.
The woman helped him to find relics all over Switzerland. These were bones of saints, mostly housed in precious containers. While the defendant opened the reliquary containers with a Swiss army knife and a glass cutter, she stood guard at the church doors. Afterwards she transported in her Volvo the defendant and the stolen relics, which he kept in his backpack.
The cathedral was at the beginning
At least 23 times, the defendant took relics and reliquaries in various Catholic churches in Switzerland. One of the first churches he visited for his raids was the cathedral at Arlesheim.
"The culprit of the worst kind was the accused," said the woman, who is herself accused, in court. She had joined in to be near him. She wholeheartedly regrets the offenses she was led to seduce. Only after two years of dependence could she break free from the spell of the man and since then he is afraid of his death threats.
The third defendant, who also participated in some of these raids, described in court their emotional dependence on this guru. It gave him the feeling that he was chosen by God, that he had protected himself from angels and felt guarded. When she managed to get out of the spell of the "healer," she reported her offenses to the police.
Impressive the pleading of one of the lawyers: Urs Eschmann, Zurich, who has worked as a lawyer for 26 years with the problem of sectarianism, described the deep emotional dependence in which his client had been. The public prosecutor's office (exempted from publication) had requested prison sentences of between two and twelve months. For the main defendant, she also requested a national reprimand for five years.
The verdict of Christoph Spindler, vice-president of the criminal court, was much milder. The main defendant was sentenced to four months' imprisonment for multiple appropriation and multiple disruption of the freedom of worship and worship. The two accused women got away with modest fines.
The court president stated in his verdict that according to the new criminal law no more national references can be pronounced. However, it is in the competence of the Office for Migration to pronounce such a state referral on the basis of the criminal judgment."
